Focal points
Each country designates one focal point as the national counterpart, preferably from the Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or an organism which works as counterpart of UNIDO.
Functions:
- Coordination of the local contribution process and service demands to the IKB
- Coordination (every three months) of the identification process of national competences
- Coordination of the financial mechanisms of the local costs of the international experts
- Monitoring the results of the interventions and guaranteeing the quality of the service and the follow-up activities
